We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- Items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The items are unused, in their original condition, and have not been worn, washed, or damaged.
- The items are returned with all original packaging, including any tags, labels, and boxes.
Please note that certain items, such as sale items, personalized products, and gift cards, are non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at service@everestboards.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If applicable, include any photos showing the condition of the item.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Prepare the Return Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product is in its unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, we will process it as follows:
- Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process. In some cases, you may be required to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately at service@everestboards.com. We will offer you a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue more quickly.
5. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside of Hong Kong, please ensure the following:
- You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
- Use a traceable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns that are not shipped using a trackable service.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Hygiene products (e.g., socks, insoles) once opened.
