7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at service@everestboards.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund if necessary.

  • Damaged Items: Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged goods. This will help us in processing your claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. However, if the tracking shows that the package was delivered, we cannot be held responsible for items lost after delivery.

8. Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery, please verify the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. EVERESTBOARDS is not responsible for delays or missing packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
